Mackenzie Robinson
Registered Psychologist
I'm Mac, a Registered Psychologist who specializes in supporting adult clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, overwhelming emotions, burnout, and chronic pain.
I believe the fit between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in the helping process. Using an integrative approach, I combine various evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure to tailor treatment to each individuals’ unique needs and preferences. With a compassionate and collaborative style, I empower each client to navigate their challenges and achieve meaningful change.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy sports, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with my family, believing that a balanced life is essential for overall well-being.
