Douglas has worked in mental health and educational settings providing psychological assessment, intervention, and psychotherapeutic services. He has worked collaboratively with various educators, mental health professionals, and families to promote, manage, and deliver evidence-based, client centered, psychological services to school-age children and adults both in Alberta and abroad.
